“Our Bay Area Book Group (founded in 1997) tries to invite at least one author to visit with us each year. In January, 2021 we launched our new Reading Year when Daniel Ben-Horin attended via Zoom to talk about his recently published book Substantial Justice. It’s a quirky book, and Daniel is a quirky guy. Having him on Zoom was a real treat for us. We peppered him with questions, he salted us with responses. He not only writes well, he speaks well, and the two hours pass so fast you realize that it’s time to go before you know it. We are happy that a new book is in the wind, and hope that Daniel will be able to make a return visit to talk about it with us!”
